Q) Where is your NOC / Datacenter located?
A) Beautiful downtown Albany, New York.
   
Q) Do you require servers be rack mountable only?
A) Yes and no.  All servers that are located in "shared" collocation areas must be 19" EIA rack mountable.  Customers that lease their own collocation cabinets may choose to rack equipment as they need.
   
Q) Does INOC offer leased servers and managed services?
A) Yes.  However, these products are very specific to the customer.  If you are interested in managed services you should contact a sales representative for your needs.
   
Q) Are your backbone connections redundant?
A) Yes.  We currently peer with multiple Tier 1 backbone providers accessing our Operations Center from different fiber access points in the building. We also use intelligent routing methods to ensure that all traffic is routed down the best possible path.
   
Q) Does INOC offer backbone Internet connectivity?
A) Yes.  We can offer dedicated or shared backbone bandwidth as low as 128Kbps and as high as 155Mbps
   
Q) Are the server rooms climate controlled?
A) Yes.  We maintain redundant HVAC units, keeping our equpiment rooms a cool 68° F
